More than a warranty—it’s peace of mind

Anderson Homes is proud to offer two warranty options to our homeowners so they can fully enjoy their new home with absolute peace of mind. While Washington State does not require home builders to provide warranties, we understand the importance of having security and believe in being accountable for our products.

Our Builder Backed Service Program is standard with every Anderson Home home. This warranty offers a one-year workmanship defect warranty which covers any defects in materials or workmanship. The package also includes a six-year structural defect warranty.

We also offer the more comprehensive New Home Workmanship, Systems, and Structural Warranty Program as an option for each of our home construction projects. Included in this package are a one-year workmanship warranty which guarantees protection against any defects in materials and/or workmanship, a two-year systems warranty which covers defects in the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems of your home, and a ten-year structural defect warranty.
