Honoring Your Budget: It is our job to provide clients with a home that fits their needs at a cost they are comfortable with.  Our experience estimating and building homes in Sequim and Port Angeles allows us to develop accurate budgets so that when you sign a contract with Anderson Homes you know what your final cost will be.  We guarantee that our contract prices will be all that you pay, unless you decide to change the scope of work.

Quality Assurance: Our responsibility to you does not end the moment we hand you the keys to your new home.  Although Washington State does not require builders to offer a warranty on their work, Anderson Homes provides two warranty options for our homeowners to ensure that they remain satisfied with our product.
